My King Shepherd Dogs

Are large, rugged, powerful and impressive, possessing great endurance and agility. These wonderful dogs were selectively bred to be large, loyal and loving family companions and protectors. Despite their size, they are remarkably athletic, having incredible ability and endurance. They are also extremely intelligent and easy to train.

While Shepherds can be protective, they are nonetheless quite gentle and loving with their families and friends. King Shepherds are very handsome dogs that turn heads wherever they are seen.

How much do they eat?

An adult King Shepherd usually requires about 3-4 cups of dry dog food per day. I strongly recommend that you use a premium brand of dog food, one that is meat based (bison, poultry or lamb) without corn, wheat or artificial preservatives. My dogs are fed a combination of grain free kibble and raw meat. Ester- C vitamins and Fresh Factor supplements.

How big do My King Shepherd get?

When full grown, a male King Shepherd can range from 27 to 30 inches at the shoulder and weigh from 100 to 125 pounds. King Shepherd females are slightly smaller ranging from 25 to 28 inches at the shoulder and weighing from 80 to 110 pounds.

If anyone is looking for an obedient,  handsome personal protector type dog. Elias needs a new home. He prefers women. Likes, girl dogs and cats. Walks nice on leash and loves to ride in cars.  BUT.. he hates other male dogs that dare challenge him. Elias just turned 8 last month. He is in very good health and still has a lot of energy. He needs someone that can be just his person.
